French Fries

Wash potatoes and peel them.

Cut thick strips.

Soak and wash away the surface starch.

Add water to the pot, boil, add the French fries and cook until 7 minutes cooked.

Remove and drain the water after cooling water.

Add oil to the wok to heat up, put in the French fries and fry until the surface is crispy, remove the oil, sprinkle a little pepper and salt on it, and serve it with tomato sauce as you like.
Tips:
Don't overcook it when you cook it, or it will break easily.
