1.
Burger part: Stir the sugar, yeast and milk and let stand for 5 minutes.
2.
Put all the ingredients in the burger part into a basin.
3.
Use the screw head of an electric mixer to mix the ingredients into a uniform dough, about 5 minutes. The dough is very sticky at this time, leave it alone. Take a damp cloth and leave it in a warm place to ferment for 1 hour.
4.
After 1 hour, put the dough on a floured chopping board and knead it into a dough.
5.
Divide into three doses, make them into a spherical shape, and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper, with the opening facing down. Sprinkle enough flour on the surface, flatten it, cover it with a plastic bag lightly, and continue to ferment in a warm place for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
6.
After the second fermentation, the dough obviously swelled.
7.
Brush the surface of the bread with melted butter.
Sprinkle with white sesame seeds. Put it in the preheated oven, 180 degrees, 15-20 minutes.
8.
While waiting for the bread, make the meatloaf part: cut the onion into small cubes.
Put 25 g of butter in the pan, and fry the onions until they start to change color.
9.
The fried onions are mixed with butter, ground beef, salt, pepper and porcini powder.
10.
By this time the bread is almost ready. Take it out and put it on the shelf and wait for it to cool.
11.
Heat 30 g of butter, take half of the minced meat and knead it into a ball, and then press it into a round cake about the size of a hamburger. Fry in the pan until golden on both sides. The other half is the same, made into meatloaf, fried until golden on both sides. Take a piece of tin foil and place the fried meatloaf on the tin foil.
12.
Finally, 25 g of butter is melted in the pot, add 2 tablespoons of beef stock, and bring to a boil.
13.
Pour it on the meatloaf. Wrap the meatloaf with tin foil, put it in the preheated oven, and bake at 200 degrees for 5-7 minutes.
14.
Cut the bread in half crosswise. Spread the washed lettuce, tomato slices, and patties. Give ketchup or milk to your liking, that's all. You can actually pour the broth on the burger as a sauce instead of other sauces.
Tips:
1. Cucumber and tomato should not be eaten together. Just choose one.
2. Porcini powder can be omitted.
