French Onion Soup-from Julia Child

The ingredients in the picture are for 1 person (the ingredients listed above are for 2 people)

Turn to medium heat, add butter, melt butter

When the butter is melted, put in the cut onions, stir well so that the butter evenly covers the onions, and then slowly fry for 15-20 minutes, until the onions slowly turn yellow

The onions are browned, you can pour the flour and stir well

Then pour in the freshly made beef broth (if not available, replace with water, add appropriate amount of salt and sugar, etc.), continue to pour in white wine or red wine and cook for about 10 minutes
