French Potato Bacon Bread Soup

Put butter in the pan, add onion shreds and stir fry

Stir-fry until soft, add potato pieces and fry for a while

Add water to cover the potatoes, cook the potatoes until they are soft, then add to a blender to slightly break them

Adjust the concentration with milk, season with salt and black pepper

Tips:
1. When choosing bread, be sure to use the kind of sourdough bread or grain hard bread. Such bread is usually large and thick, with a tough crust and soft heart, so that the soup will not leak out. Of course, you don’t need to worry about the bread, you can just take a bowl of potato puree.
2. Everyone's favorite taste is different, you can use milk to adjust it. If you like the grainy children's shoes, you don't need to beat the potatoes too fine. It is also good to keep some lumpy potatoes.
