French Salty Pie

Cut the butter into small grains and soften it.

Sift in the flour.

Pour in water and knead into a dough. Cover with plastic wrap and put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Use a fork to make a small hole in the pie crust, and then cover the pie crust with a piece of oil paper, put dried soybeans on the top of the pie crust, put in the lower layer of Dongling K30A oven preheated to 180 degrees, and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the oil paper and soybeans, bake for another 5 minutes, and let cool for later use.
