Fresh and Fragrant Soft Twice-cooked Pork

Put the pork belly into the frying pan, stir fry the excess fat, push it to the side with a spatula

Put in the right amount of rock sugar, and slowly fry the caramel color on low heat

Stir-fry the braised pork and sugar sauce evenly, add the ginger slices, and stir-fry together a few times

Pour in the water covering the meat

Tips:
1. Because my family doesn't like sweetness, I reduced the amount of rock sugar and increased the amount of soy sauce to help color;
2. If you like a darker color, you can add more soy sauce.
