Fresh and Small Stir-fried Potato Shreds

Shred potato shreds and soak them in cold water for a while, can make the potato shreds more crispy after being fried.

After the potato shreds are soaked, blanch them in water, boil the water first, put the potato shreds in, and remove them after 40 seconds.

Tips:
1. After cutting the potato shreds, soak in the existing water for a few minutes to make the potato shreds more crisp.
2. The chicken can be added or not.
3. According to your own taste, you can add chili oil and vinegar (I add both ~~)
