Fresh and Sweet Shrimp and Pineapple Fried Rice

Prepare the ingredients.

Cucumber, carrot, ham slices, green onion slices.

The pineapple is cut in half.

Tips:
1. After removing the shrimp thread, put the shrimp in the oven and bake it. Don't over-bake it, so as not to affect the taste of pineapple.
2. The green beans must be cooked after the chives are stir-fried. The grains of rice that have been put into the refrigerator overnight must be stir-fried evenly. I usually put it in the microwave and then stir fry to shorten the time so as not to affect the texture of the cucumber.
