In this April day in this world, there are colorful falling stars and cannibalistic fireworks! Every year I make shrimp and pineapple fried rice in this season. There is refrigerated rice in the refrigerator at noon, and there is a big pineapple that I just bought at home. So I dig out the pineapple flesh, make a bowl of fried rice, a cup of pineapple juice, cook a plate and digest. The simple, delicious and nutritious pineapple fried rice will soon be ready, and it will be served with two grilled large shrimps. The delicious shrimp and pineapple fried rice was on the table. I heard from my colleagues that it would cost at least a hundred yuan bill to order the shrimp and pineapple rice for two in the hotel!

Fresh and Sweet Shrimp and Pineapple Fried Rice

1. Prepare the ingredients.

2. Cucumber, carrot, ham slices, green onion slices.

3. The pineapple is cut in half.

4. The pineapple pulp contains a bowl of pineapple rice, a glass of pineapple juice, and a plate of digestive food after the meal.

5. Heat oil in a pan, stir-fry the chives and fry the green beans.

6. Stir-fry cucumbers, carrots, and diced ham. Don't over-fry them to keep the cucumbers crisp.

7. Put the rice and stir-fry evenly, then add the fried eggs and stir-fry evenly.

8. Add pineapple cubes and stir-fry evenly so that the pineapple's aroma penetrates into the rice.

9. Put the fried pineapple rice in the pineapple, and put two cooked large shrimps on top.

10. Drink a glass of pineapple juice and taste the fresh and sweet pineapple rice, a double feast for vision and taste buds!

Tips:

1. After removing the shrimp thread, put the shrimp in the oven and bake it. Don't over-bake it, so as not to affect the taste of pineapple.
2. The green beans must be cooked after the chives are stir-fried. The grains of rice that have been put into the refrigerator overnight must be stir-fried evenly. I usually put it in the microwave and then stir fry to shorten the time so as not to affect the texture of the cucumber.
