Fresh and Tender---crab Noodle Steamed Egg

The crabs are steamed in the basket.

When it is not hot, take out the crab meat and put it in the bottom of the bowl with the scallion.

Beat two eggs into a bowl, mix the steamed crab juice with water to make it equal to the egg liquid.

Beat the eggs with egg, add juice and salt to beat well.

Tips:
1. The ratio of eggs to water is 1:1, and slightly warmer water is more suitable.
2. Filtration is to filter out bubbles.
3. Cover with plastic wrap to prevent steam from falling down and creating pores.
