Fresh and Tender Grilled Flat Fish

Thaw the frozen flat fish and set aside.

Soak the mushrooms in dry cold water for 5 minutes.

Rinse the dried shrimps quickly with cold water.

Put the thawed flat fish on the baking tray.
Sprinkle with dried shiitake mushrooms, dried shrimps and corn kernels.
