Fresh Fragrant Quail Eggs, Meatballs, Mushrooms and Green Vegetable Noodles, with Meat and Vegetables
1.
Step 1. Material preparation! Shiitake mushrooms are soaked in warm water in advance, washed and cut into small pieces. Wash the small greens and set aside. The quail eggs are shelled by the buyer, and the meatballs are just fried at noon!
2.
Step 2. Cut the small green vegetables into sections!
3.
Step 3. In a clean, water-free, non-stick pan, pour corn oil, heat the oil on high heat, pour in shiitake mushroom slices, and stir-fry for a while.
4.
Step 4. When the scent of shiitake mushrooms is fried, add small green vegetables and stir fry together.
5.
Step 5. Stir fry for a while, stir fry until the small greens become soft. Pour in the cooking wine and stir fry to remove the astringency.
6.
Step 6. Then pour into a small half pot of pure water and stir evenly.
7.
Step 7. Then put in all the meatballs and quail eggs.
8.
Step 8. After stirring evenly, cover the pot and boil for 1 minute after high heat.
9.
Step 9. Then put in 100 grams of hollow fermented noodles. If you don't have the same type, you can use ordinary noodles, but the cooking time is not that long. After adding the noodles, you need to cook for a while. After the noodles are slightly softened, use a spatula to mix and stir all the ingredients, then turn to medium-low heat and cook for 5-6 minutes!
10.
Step 10. Add salt and season! You can add a little chicken essence or not. In fact, the meatballs are very fresh, so I only added a little bit. Turn off the heat and simmer for about 1-2 minutes. If you like something softer, simmer it for longer!
Scoop it into a bowl, and the steaming quail egg, meatball, shiitake mushroom and green vegetable noodle is complete! Eat it while it's hot!
Tips:
Note: 1. Stir-fry the vegetables first, then add water to boil the noodles. Stir-fried vegetables need to add cooking wine, to remove the astringency of small vegetables, you must add it.
2. If it is ordinary noodles, pay attention to the cooking time. The noodles can be boiled softly and can be broken with a little bit of force with chopsticks.
3. The ingredients inside can be replaced according to personal preference, not necessarily quail eggs or meatballs! But if you have the ingredients, follow the recipe!
4. This is for 3 people! ! !
