9. Step 9. Then put in 100 grams of hollow fermented noodles. If you don't have the same type, you can use ordinary noodles, but the cooking time is not that long. After adding the noodles, you need to cook for a while. After the noodles are slightly softened, use a spatula to mix and stir all the ingredients, then turn to medium-low heat and cook for 5-6 minutes!

10. Step 10. Add salt and season! You can add a little chicken essence or not. In fact, the meatballs are very fresh, so I only added a little bit. Turn off the heat and simmer for about 1-2 minutes. If you like something softer, simmer it for longer!

Tips:

Note: 1. Stir-fry the vegetables first, then add water to boil the noodles. Stir-fried vegetables need to add cooking wine, to remove the astringency of small vegetables, you must add it.
2. If it is ordinary noodles, pay attention to the cooking time. The noodles can be boiled softly and can be broken with a little bit of force with chopsticks.
3. The ingredients inside can be replaced according to personal preference, not necessarily quail eggs or meatballs! But if you have the ingredients, follow the recipe!
