Fresh Fried Rice

Cut carrots, green onions, and cucumbers and set aside.

Soak the fungus, wash, and tear into small flowers.

Heat an appropriate amount of oil, add garlic and saute, add fungus and stir-fry evenly.

Stir the fungus for 2 minutes and then add the rice, continue to stir evenly and add a spoonful of Haitian seafood soy sauce.

Add other ingredients and stir fry evenly.
6.
Just add 1 tablespoon of salt and 1 tablespoon of chicken essence before being out of the pan.
Tips:
When the onions are cut, they will emit a special smell to irritate the eyes to cry (๑ó﹏ò๑). To avoid this, you can cut the onions in half and put them in the refrigerator for several hours to reduce or even avoid tears.
