Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Cheese Scones
1.
First mix the baking powder and flour through a sieve
2.
Dry the flour in a basin, add butter
3.
Knead it with your hands, let the butter and flour fuse, and knead the flour into a grain of sand. This process will make the finished product softer. The original recipe directly softened the butter. The baking powder used 8 grams, but I didn't want to use too much baking powder, so I rubbed the flour and butter and fryed the amount of baking powder.
4.
Add salt and sugar. The original recipe contains 30 grams of sugar and 5 grams of salt. I have reduced the amount. I personally think that the taste is more suitable for our family after the change.
5.
Add Kraft cheese powder and mix well
6.
Add walnut oil and eggs. (The salad oil used in the original recipe, I replaced the walnut oil for the child)

Tips:
1. The original recipe is to soften the butter directly. The baking powder is 8 grams, but I don't want to use too much baking powder, so I knead the flour and butter to reduce the amount of baking powder.
2. Use aluminum-free baking powder, which is healthier.
3. The original recipe used corn kernels and carrot shreds. I changed the corn kernels into avocado which my baby loves. If you like, you can use 50 grams of corn kernels instead of avocado.
