Fresh Lotus Root with Chicken

Wash the chicken breast

Dice chicken breast and set aside.

Wash the fresh lotus root and set aside.

Dice fresh lotus root and set aside. Note that fresh lotus roots should not be kept for a long time after dicing, which may change color.

After the chicken breast is sautéed, add lotus root, appropriate amount of sauce, stir-fry for about 10 minutes, add a small amount of water, chicken essence, and stir-fry.
6.
Serve it on a plate, add white rice, and eat with it.
