Fresh Milk Tremella Sago
1.
Pour the sago into boiling water and cook for about 10 minutes. There is a small white spot in the sago (nearly cooked)
2.
Pick up the sago with a sieve and wash it under clear water under the tap
3.
The sago is dropped for use, the color of the sago at this time is a bit faint purple
4.
Pour milk in the pot, low heat, add appropriate amount of rock sugar, and add white fungus
5.
Do not stop using the spoon to stir the pot. When you can't hear the sound of rock sugar clanging, it means that the rock sugar has melted. Add sago and boil. Get the pot.
Tips:
1: Rock sugar can be added according to your own sugar preference, you can not add sugar if you don't eat sugar, the original flavor should also be good;
2: Fruits can be decorated with seasonal fruits at will, because there are only blueberries and cherries at home, I think pineapples should be good;
