Fresh Mushroom and Pepper Oyster

Remove the roots and wash the straw mushrooms, cut in half and blanch them; wash the oysters and drain the water.

Put a small amount of oil in the pot, heat it up, add the ginger slices, add the oyster meat and cook until the juice comes out, pick up the oyster meat, and keep the oyster sauce in the pot.

Add appropriate amount of lemon juice, oyster sauce, chopped pepper, salt, rock sugar to the oyster sauce, boil, add straw mushrooms and chopped green onions and stir fry.

Add oyster meat and stir well.
