Fresh Mushroom Broccoli in Oyster Sauce

1. Cut broccoli into small flowers and wash twice.

2. Wash the fresh shiitake mushrooms, remove the stalks, and cut into pieces.

3. Mince ginger and garlic separately.

4. Boil water in a pot, add a little salt and a few drops of oil, and boil the broccoli to soften.
