The first time I drank this porridge was at my mother-in-law’s house. It was also this season. My mother-in-law made the porridge with her own corn. It was very sticky and delicious, and it was salty. Today I also made a bowl of polenta, and it was good. Those who like corn may wish to try it too. "

Fresh Polenta

1. The corn is picked and the stalks are washed.

2. Grate the corn with a grater

3. This is rubbed corn

4. Wash green onions and mince

5. Heat oil in a pan, add chopped green onions and sauté

6. Add corn shreds and stir fry a few times

7. Pour in some water

8. Cover and boil

9. After the pot is opened, stir it with a spatula to prevent sticking to the pot

10. Cook the chopped corn and add an appropriate amount of salt.

Tips:

It’s best to choose a slightly older corn. The corn will be grainy. If it is tender corn, it will be pulpy. If you use a mixer, most of the uneven mixing will become slurry, so it is better to wipe it with a wiper.
