Fresh Polenta

The corn is picked and the stalks are washed.

Grate the corn with a grater

Wash green onions and mince

Heat oil in a pan, add chopped green onions and sauté

Tips:
It’s best to choose a slightly older corn. The corn will be grainy. If it is tender corn, it will be pulpy. If you use a mixer, most of the uneven mixing will become slurry, so it is better to wipe it with a wiper.
