Fresh Soup and Vegetable Congee

Prepare the materials;

Pour the chicken broth into a soup pot and bring to a boil, add the soaked rice to a boil;

Marinate the shredded pork and shrimp with a little salt, sugar and cornstarch;

Take out the chicken, peel off the skin and bones, tear them into shreds, and cut the greens into small pieces;

Cook the rice until it blooms as shown in the picture;

Add shrimp and shredded pork and cook for 1 minute;

Stir in the chicken;
