Fresh Squid with Scallion Oil

Remove the internal organs of the squid, peel off the coat, and wash

Shred the ginger and chop the chives

Cut the squid into pieces

Put it on the plate, sprinkle a little ginger

Drizzle a little light soy sauce and steam in boiling hot water for about 5-7 minutes

Pour out the excess juice and remove the shredded ginger

Then again drizzle a little light soy sauce on the steamed squid, sprinkle an appropriate amount of shredded chives (this amount can be more) and finally drizzle a little hot vegetable oil (not too much hot oil, just a little)
