Scallion oil is a cooking method often found in local restaurants. Relying on the sea to eat the sea also gives us a variety of ways to eat seafood. Whenever I go to restaurants, one of our favorite seafood practices is scallion oil. Not only did it retain the original taste of seafood, but it also retained the nutrition, and it also reduced the intake of oil fume. I couldn't refuse the practice of doing several things with one stone.
