Fresh Sweet Yuanbei Congee

Prepare ingredients: rice, fresh scallions, green onions;

The rice is broken with a food processor;

Rinse the fresh scallops to remove the internal organs and incubate in brine for 10 minutes

Boil the water, add the scallops and blanch the meat; PS: blanch the scallops to remove the fishy smell of the scallops.

Put the washed minced rice, scallops, oil, shredded ginger, and green onion into the pot;

Add appropriate amount of water and boil for 45 minutes;

Mix well and sweet Yuanbei porridge.

Tips:
1. Fresh scallop meat is cleaned after removing the internal organs and soaking in brine for 10 minutes;
2. Boiled water is the fishy smell of the Yuanbei;
3. Put the ginger to remove the smell, put the white onion first, chopped green onion, salt, and put it after opening the lid.
