Fresh Vegetable Noodles

Winter bamboo shoots, lettuce, carrots, dried tofu slices.

Select the ends and old stems of sweet beans and wash them.

Put oil in the pot, add vegetables and stir-fry until cooked, add salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce and seasoning and stir-fry well.
4.
Right amount of noodles.
5.
Bring another pot of water to a boil, add the noodles and cook.
6.
Remove the noodles and place them in a bowl.
7.
Add the right amount of cooked vegetables.
