Fresh Yellow Flower Fungus Mixed with Vermicelli

Soak the fungus and blanch it with cold water.

Wash the fresh day lily, blanch in a pot under boiling water, and soak in cold water for 2 hours.

Soak half of the vermicelli in hot water to soften.

The vermicelli controls the water, cut two cuts, shorter and mix well. Shred the fungus. Squeeze 10 day lilies to remove moisture. Shred the onion appropriately.

Cut 3 coriander into small pieces.

Spicy millet, cut into circles, cut a small piece of green pepper into pieces, and mince two cloves of garlic.
