Fresh Yellow Flowers Mixed with Enoki Mushrooms

Boil the fresh daylily in boiling water, then soak in cold water for 2 hours.

Boil the enoki mushrooms in boiling water.

Cut the pepper into small pieces.

Mix the seasonings in the bowl (2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar, 1 teaspoon and a half of chili oil, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of chicken essence).

Pick up the day lily and enoki mushrooms and place them in a plate with controlled water, add the chili rings, pour the seasonings and mix well.
Tips:
1. Do not blanch the enoki mushrooms for more than ten seconds.
2. Fresh day lily contains colchicine, which can cause symptoms of gastrointestinal poisoning, so it cannot be eaten raw. Boil it with boiling water before eating, and it is advisable not to consume too much each time.
