Freshly Fried Mochi Pork
1.
Cut the meat into strips and wash the vegetables for later use

Add eggs, sweet potato flour, pepper noodles and mix well
3.
Burn oil to 50% heat
4.
Add the crispy meat and fry until golden
5.
As above
6.
Raise the oil temperature to 70%
7.
Add in the crispy meat and re-fry into the top and then out of the pan
