Fried and Sour Melon Strips

Prepare three cucumbers and one carrot. Refined salt, soybean oil, sugar, rice vinegar.

After washing the cucumbers, peel them off. Peel the carrots.

Cut the cucumber and carrot into strips for later use.

Cut the chopped green onion and set aside, prepare two spoons of sugar and two spoons of rice vinegar in a small bowl.

Stir-fry cucumber strips with sugar.

Tips:
Cucumbers can’t be fried for a long time and tend to come out of soup. Put less salt. Put MSG last.
