Fried Anhui with Okra

Wash the anhui fish, remove the internal organs, cut into pieces, and separate the head and tail of the fish; PS: Use only fish pieces.

Cut the Anhui fish into pieces, add salt, oil, and cooking wine to marinate for 5 minutes;

Wash the okra with a clean toothbrush, remove the stalk, and cut the big okra in half, so the ingredients are ready;

Boil the water, add the okra, hot five to mature, remove and drain the water; PS: Put a little salt in the water, the okra will be more beautiful in color.

Heat the pan, pour the oil, put in the marinated Anhui fish pieces, and fry on a low fire; PS: Cover the pan and cover it easily, and cut it to remove the fishy

Fry until slightly yellow, flip it once, sprinkle a little ginger, and continue to fry;

Add the good okra in the boiled soup and fry on low heat;

Tips:
1. The hair of okra is more difficult to clean, so it should be cleaned with a toothbrush;
2. After removing the stalks and cutting the okra, immediately put it in boiling water to prevent the loss of mucus nutrition;
3. Anhui fish must be marinated for at least 3 minutes before it tastes good;
4. When frying Anhui fish, fry slowly on a low fire. You can cover the pan for easy frying.
