Fried Bacon with Bracken

Prepare materials. Slice the bacon, rinse the bracken and cut into sections, cut the red pepper into circles, and cut the celery into diagonal pieces.

Stir-fry until the bacon roll side

Add the chopped green onion and ginger and stir fry for a taste.

Add celery and stir fry.

Add red pepper rings and stir fry.

Add the bracken and continue to stir-fry until the bracken becomes soft.

Light soy sauce 1 tablespoon chicken essence 1/4 teaspoon abalone sauce or oyster sauce 1 tablespoon white pepper 1/4 teaspoon can be seasoned.
Tips:
The bacon already has a salty taste, so you don’t need to add salt~
