Fried Bamboo Shoots with Meat

Prepare ingredients: pork lean meat, bamboo shoots, red pepper, garlic cloves.

All the ingredients are cleaned, bamboo shoots are cut into approximately 2 cm pieces, the lean pork meat is cut into cubes, the red pepper is removed and the seeds are cut into small pieces, and the garlic cloves are peeled and chopped.

Put cold water in an iron pan, bring the cold water to a boil, add the bamboo shoots and blanch for about 5 minutes. Take out the bamboo shoots and rinse with cold water to control the moisture.

Add a little water and continue to stir fry until the dish is cooked. Finally, add a little hot stir-fried xianlu to taste, the dish will be more delicious.
Tips:
Bamboo shoots have a bitter and astringent taste. You can blanch for a few minutes before cooking to remove some of the bitter and astringent taste.
