My family loves to eat soy products, and I often buy tofu or dried tofu to eat, stir-fry it and serve with rice. Tofu contains protein needed by the human body, which is quite nutritious and easy to digest.

Fried Bean Curd

1. Prepare some dried tofu.

2. Cut dried tofu into strips.

3. Cut some ginger, garlic and shallots.

4. Heat oil in a pan, add ginger and garlic and saute until fragrant.

5. Add dried tofu.

6. Add some soy sauce and chili sauce.

7. Add salt and chicken essence and stir fry evenly.

8. Plate.

Tips:

1. Add some soy sauce to dried tofu and stir fry.
2. Adding chili is more appetizing.
