Fried Bean Sprouts

Add water to the pot, add the vermicelli, and boil on high heat.

Add cooking oil to the wok, add garlic slices, and saute.

Add bean sprouts, stir-fry for 2 minutes on high heat, add light soy sauce, chicken essence, and salt, and continue to stir-fry for 2 minutes.

Pour in the vermicelli, stir-fry evenly, add appropriate amount of green onion.
5.
Put it out of the pot and sprinkle with chopped green onion and red pepper to garnish.
