Fried Beef

The beef is seasoned and marinated with oil, salt, sugar, soy sauce, and soy flour. Prepare an appropriate amount of shredded ginger and put it on top of the beef to remove the smell.

Slice onion and bell pepper. The fungus is soaked in water for 1 hour to moisten it, and then cut into small pieces.

Add oil to the pan, add the fungus, and stir fry for a few seconds.

Then add bell pepper and onion, and stir fry quickly.
