Fried Beef with Sauerkraut

Beef slices, salt, soy sauce, oyster sauce, cooking wine, starch marinate.

Green peppers, sauerkraut, shredded ginger, pickled peppers.

Heat oil in a pot, add shredded ginger and saute.

Add beef slices.

Stir-fry the beef until its color changes, shovel it to one side, add sauerkraut and green pepper, and fry until broken.
