Fried Beef with Sauerkraut
1.
Wash homemade sauerkraut and set aside. (See the front for the method)
2.
Cut small and set aside.
3.
Put it in a pot (without oil) and stir-fry over medium heat to bring out the moisture.
4.
When frying sauerkraut, wash the beef. (The waist willow I bought, the tenderest part)
5.
Cut into thin strips.
6.
Add oyster sauce, light soy sauce, cooking wine and white pepper (both cooking wine and white pepper can remove fishy, so I didn't add ginger), and stir in one direction with chopsticks.
7.
Put in starch.
8.
Add a little water and mix thoroughly, then starch the beef.
9.
Cut millet pepper into small circles.
10.
The sauerkraut slowly stirs up the moisture.
11.
Stir in salt and stir well. (The salty taste of sauerkraut is fine)
12.
After the pot is cleaned, heat the oil, add the beef and stir-fry it quickly and discolor.
13.
Pour in millet peppers and pickled peppers (because we can eat spicy, we added a few pickled peppers)
14.
Pour in the fried sauerkraut.
15.
Stir fry for a minute or two to turn off the heat.
16.
Sheng out.
Tips:
1. No sauerkraut can be bought at the vegetable market or supermarket.
2. The sauerkraut is fried in advance to make it crispy.
3. If you can't eat chili, you can add sweet pepper to match the color.
4. The spoons I use are all soups at home.
