Fried Beef with Snow Pea

The beef is sliced against the grain, and marinated for half an hour with corn starch, cooking wine, ginger slices and light soy sauce. Remove the stems of snow peas, wash and drain the water for later use.

Boil the oil pan until it is six mature, pour in corn oil, stir-fry the garlic over high heat for a fragrance, then pour the beef and stir-fry until it changes color and comes out of the pan.

Leave the bottom oil in the pot, add snow peas and stir-fry for 2 minutes.

Add the beef and stir fry for 2 minutes.

Finally add a little salt, a little light soy sauce, and collect the juice over high heat.

Platter, one dish for lunch today.
