Fried Beef with Snow Pea

Cut the beef into thin slices after washing off the blood

Add peanut oil, cornstarch and shacha sauce to the beef and set aside

Tear off the tendons on the side of snow peas and clean them

Add the beef in the hot pan with oil
5.
Stir-fry until slightly discolored
6.
Put the snow peas in the pot and stir fry evenly

Season with a little salt and stir fry until the snow peas are broken
