Fried Belly Strips

Half a cooked pork belly.

Cut pork belly into strips.

Remove seeds and cut peppers, peel and slice carrots, and slice green onion, ginger, and garlic.

Add a little oil to the pot and add pork belly.

Stir-fry until the surface of the pork belly is slightly charred, set aside.

Brush the pan again, add the onion, ginger, and garlic until fragrant.

Stir-fry the carrots.

Add hot peppers.

Add water and starch to thicken the gorgon.
