Fried Belly Strips

1. Half a cooked pork belly.

2. Cut pork belly into strips.

3. Remove seeds and cut peppers, peel and slice carrots, and slice green onion, ginger, and garlic.

4. Add a little oil to the pot and add pork belly.

5. Stir-fry until the surface of the pork belly is slightly charred, set aside.

6. Brush the pan again, add the onion, ginger, and garlic until fragrant.

7. Stir-fry the carrots.

8. Pour in the fried pork belly, stir fry for a few times, add light soy sauce and a little dark soy sauce and stir fry until fragrant.

9. Add hot peppers.

10. Stir fry a few times and season with salt.

11. Add water and starch to thicken the gorgon.

12. Stir fry until the juice is bright and out of the pan.
