Fried Broad Beans with Eggs

Remove the outer skin of the broad beans, cut into two halves with a knife, boil the pot under water, and blanch. If it is green and tender broad beans, there is no need to blanch them.

Add two eggs, five-spice powder, salty salt and mix well.

After blanching. Put broad beans in cold water, add a spoonful of tribute vegetables and chop chili.

Mix the egg liquid evenly.

It's better to put in the right amount of oil, pour the egg and broad bean liquid after the oil is hot.

Tips:
If it is very tender fresh broad beans, you need to fry them in the pot first if they are not blanched.
