Fried Broad Beans with Flower Crab

Ingredients: broad beans.

Crab (already cleaned up).

Peel the broad beans and dig out the moles.

Wash it up.

Heat the oil in the saucepan, add the broad beans and stir fry.

Then, add some water to boil and cook until the broad beans are broken.

Then, add the crabs, add some cooking wine and stir fry.

Then, add some light soy sauce and stir fry until the crabs turn red and cooked.

Finally, add some salt and sugar.

Stir-fry well and serve.
