Fried Broccoli with Shrimp

First pick the broccoli and wash it. Add water to the wok. Pour the washed broccoli after the water has boiled. After blanching, take it out for later use.

Remove the prawns and blanch them in the pot. After blanching, take it out for later use.

Add oil and chopped green onion to the wok. Then add the blanched shrimp and stir fry.

Then add broccoli. Stir-fry for a while and add a little light soy sauce and salt to get out of the pot.

Tips:
Because broccoli and shrimp are blanched. So don't over-fry.
