Fried Bullfrog

Ingredients: bullfrog (washed), sliced ginger, green onion

Place the washed bullfrog on the chopping board and chop into pieces, set aside.

Add 3 tablespoons of oil to the pot to heat, and add the ginger slices to the pot.

Then, add the chopped bullfrogs and add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine.

Stir fry.

Then, add an appropriate amount of water and boil until cooked.

Then, add 3 tablespoons of light soy sauce.

Add 0.5 tablespoon of sugar.

Add 0.5 tablespoon of salt.
10.
Add 0.5 scoop of MSG.

Season and stir well.

Finally, put the scallions in, and serve.
