Fried Bullfrog with Hot Pepper

Ingredients: bullfrog (washed), hot pepper (washed and cut), ginger slices

Place the washed bullfrog on the chopping board and chop into pieces, set aside.

Add 3 tablespoons of oil to the pot to heat, and add the ginger slices to the pot.

Next, add the chopped bullfrog and 2 tablespoons of cooking wine.

Stir fry.

Then, add an appropriate amount of water and boil until cooked.

Then, add the cut peppers and stir fry until the peppers are broken.

Finally, add 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce.

Add 0.5 tablespoon of sugar.

Add 0.5 tablespoon of salt.

Add 0.5 scoop of MSG.

Saute and stir well, serve.
Tips:
Bullfrogs must be cooked thoroughly before they can be eaten.
