Fried Bun

Put white sugar, flour, edible oil, salt, and black sesame seeds in a basin.

Stir well.

Knead into dough, cover with plastic wrap and let stand for 30 minutes.

Roll out into thin slices.

Cut long strips first, then small strips, 8 knives each.

Fry in the frying pan until golden brown.

Drain the oil and eat it, it's delicious and crispy.
