Fried Buns
1.
Prepare ingredients: diced cucumber and carrot, diced garlic, and snapped beans by hand (everybody says this is more delicious, I don’t know if there is such a thing, but my mother always did this when I was young), chopped green onion, Cut the red pepper with a hob, beat the eggs, prepare the flour, and prepare the corn kernels (forgot to shoot).
2.
Cut the steamed buns into cubes (the steamed buns I bought are round, not easy to cut)
3.
Put the diced steamed buns in the eggs and soak them slightly, and then coat them with flour.
4.
Heat the pan, pour in the cooking oil. After the oil is slightly hot, pour in the steamed buns, do not stir-fry, let the flour on the surface of the steamed buns heat and set the shape, half a minute later, use a shovel to flip the steamed buns, stir fry until the steamed buns are golden and soft .
5.
Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, add garlic, shiitake mushrooms, beans, carrots, red peppers, corn, cucumbers in turn, (after easy-cooking), stir fry with oil.
6.
Put the fried steamed buns back into the pot, add salt, pepper, sesame oil, and a little sugar.
7.
Finally, add the chopped green onion, stir-fry evenly, and then get out of the pan. (5.20 Be the big devil in your own heart, love whoever... 😚 I just be myself)
Tips:
In fact, there are no need for so many ingredients. I just see that these ingredients are left in the kitchen and just use them. Except for the main ingredients such as steamed buns, eggs, and flour, the rest can be freely prepared. (Those who are afraid of getting angry, especially girls, must remember to match it with yogurt)
