Fried Buns

For steamed buns, it is best to use dry steamed buns that have been stored for a day or two and cut into cubes. The sauced beef, carrots and peppers are all cut into evenly sized cubes for later use.

Heat the pan with cold oil, the oil is more than usual. Boil chopped green onion and dried shrimps in a pot to stir up the aroma.

Add the diced steamed buns and diced carrots, stir-fry until golden brown over medium heat, and add a little salt.

Tips:
