Fried Buns

Ingredients: steamed buns, potatoes, beef sausage, cucumber, garlic, eggs

Dice the steamed bun (slightly bigger)

Diced potatoes (slightly smaller)

Dice the beef sausage and cucumber

Beat the eggs with a little salt to form egg mixture, add the steamed buns and mix well

Heat oil in a pan, add diced potatoes and fry them until cooked. Hold out

Then add the steamed buns dipped in egg mixture and fry until golden brown, serve and set aside

Leave the bottom oil in the pan, add the garlic, and fry until golden
9.
Add the beef sausage and the diced cucumber and stir well
10.
Put in spare diced potatoes and diced steamed buns
11.
Add a little salt to enhance the flavor and stir quickly evenly. Put it out of the pan, sprinkle some green onions to garnish

The combination of accessories is more casual, just choose what you like.
