Fried Carrot Fish

1. Prepare the required raw materials.

10. Heat the soup pot and pour the peanut oil into the heat for 40%. Keep the oil at this temperature and fry the radish fish. After frying for 2-3 minutes, the surface is crispy and slightly yellow, then remove the oil.
