Fried Celery with Squid
1.
Wash the squid and celery.
2.
Cut celery into diagonal strips.
3.
Cut the squid into strips.
4.
Add water to the boiling pot and bring to a boil, blanch the squid in the pot and remove the water to drain.
5.
Start the frying pan and put the green onion and ginger into the pan.
6.
Stir fragrant green onion and ginger, then stir-fry the celery.
7.
Stir-fry for 1 or 2 minutes, then stir-fry the squid.
8.
Stir-fry with salt.
9.
Stir-fry evenly and serve.
Tips:
1. It is not advisable to add seasonings with heavy color and flavor to this dish.
2. The squid is very delicious, so fresh condiments should not be added.
