Fried Chayote with Black Fungus

Ingredients: Chayote.

Black fungus (soaked and cleaned).

Wash the chayote, remove it, and peel it.

Put it on the chopping board and cut it in half, remove the core and cut into pieces, set aside.

Afterwards, lower the black fungus into a pot of clear water, blanch it, and remove it.

Pour the oil in the saucepan to heat up, add the chopped chayote and blanched black fungus, stir fry until the chayote is broken.

Then, add some salt and chicken essence.

Seasoning and stir-fry well, ready to go.
