Fried Chayote with Sea Rice

Wash sea rice (shrimp rice) and soak in water to soften

Peel and mince garlic.
3.
Peel the chayote and cut in half.
4.
Core-cut slices.
5.
Heat up a pan and saute the minced garlic.
6.
Add the dried shrimps and stir fry for a nice aroma.
7.
Add the chayote and stir well.
8.
Pour in the soaked sea rice and cook until the chayote softens.
9.
Season with salt and chicken powder.
10.
Very sweet taste.
